As a business, Infinit Behavior Analysis and Consulting was founded with the goal of establishing a resource to support families of children with autism and other co-occurring developmental disabilities. We pride ourselves on meeting the unique needs of each child we serve.
At Infinit ABA, we believe that the right approach for our field is to take a naturalistic and child-centered approach to therapy. To us, autism acceptance means understanding each individual for the gifts that they bring to the world and using their personal interests to guide each therapy session. Each person with ASD has a unique set of motivations, wishes, fears, and triggers. We learn as much as we can about each client and family, in order to design engaging activities that help children make meaningful, measurable steps toward independence.

To provide clients with the highest level of care, we strive to stay current with the most effective, evidence-based practices, utilize technology, review the current research, and attend workshops/seminars to further enhance our knowledge and skills. We also recognize the important role families play in the therapeutic process and seek to provide continuous parent/caregiver training to ensure generalization and maintenance of each child's newly developed skills.

Elisha Hutchison, M.S., BCBA, COBA
Executive Director/Owner
Before Elisha began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) she worked in a senior care facility with individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. From there, she gained experience in vocational habilitation in adults diagnosed with various developmental disabilities, providing learning and work experiences that help to develop general skills that lead to integrated community employment.
She was introduced to ABA therapy while working with preschoolers in an autism inclusion program where she witnessed the positive impact of and gained a passion for ABA. She has been in the field for nearly 15 years working with clients aged 2 to 22 in the clinical, home, school, and community setting across Wisconsin, Georgia, and Ohio.
"During my career I have worked with clients who possess various exceptionalities including autism, Down syndrome, cognitive impairments, as well as emotional/behavioral disorders.
It is my passion for working with these individuals and their families that inspired me to start my own company where I can enjoy using a compassionate and research-based approach to ABA and partner with families and professionals to individualize programs for each individual’s success."
Elisha enjoys spending time with her husband, their 3 beautiful children, and 2 fur babies. They enjoy family movie nights, museums, sports, and adventures in nature.
